By accessing or using the Apexa AI mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Please read these terms carefully before utilizing our services.
1. Medical Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: Apexa AI is not a medical organization. The workouts, diet recommendations, and coaching insights provided by our AI are for informational purposes only. You must consult with a healthcare professional or doctor before starting any new diet or exercise program.
Apexa AI shall not be held liable for any physical injury, health issues, or damages that may result from the use or misuse of the app.
2. Subscriptions and Payments
Apexa AI offers certain premium features on a subscription basis. Purchases are processed via the Apple App Store billing mechanism. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
3. Rules of Use
You agree not to use the app for illegal purposes, attempt to sabotage our database, or compromise the experience of other users. You are fully responsible for the security of your account and any activity under it.
4. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted directly to this page. Continued use of the app after updates signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
